What are the things that LIGHT UP your heart? (like this glitter coat)

HELLO FABULOUS PEOPLE! I wanted to pop in and show you my fantastic glitter coat.

I scored this beauty for twenty-five cents at a yard sale in rural Vermont, and once I saw it I could not walk away (even before I knew she only wanted a quarter for it).

Because this thing LIT UP MY HEART. I felt like a toddler, overflowing with glee while beholding this ridiculous shiny joy bomb. (Even as my cautionary adult voice was trying to tell me that it’s too ridiculous to be seen in public with.) Luckily the critical voice was no match for my inner toddler, who handed over the coin, put it on and started twirling around in the sunlight giggling.

This week* I rediscovered unicorns.

Unicorns are awesome.

In fact, the more I ruminated on the awesomeness of unicorns, the closer I came to changing my logo.

Unicorns are symbols of purity, love, magic, wisdom, healing, mystery, wonder, and divinity. Seeing past illusions, so that the truth is revealed. All interwoven with massive awe-inspiring power. Don’t even think about messing with a unicorn. It will fuck you up.

Unicorns also transform the world around them. Poison into cures. Wounds healed. A trail of magic and flowers wherever they step.

Infinite possibilities.
