FEARLESS FEET

In order to earn the badge, complete five challenges (including the one required). ♥

✧✧
✧✧✧ one ✧✧✧
(required)

Take a Feet Self Portrait while you are completing each challenge this month, compile them into an album (with short captions) and share it with us in the Facebook Group.

✧✧
✧✧✧ two ✧✧✧

Get your feet a WAY up off the ground for a while, via ferris wheel, hot air balloon, or other high-places-experience.

✧✧
✧✧✧ three ✧✧✧

Finger painting is so 1987. Make a Foot Painting. Show us.

✧✧
✧✧✧ four ✧✧✧

Get yourself to a gathering you’ve never been to before, but seems fun and interesting.

Check out meetup.com, or local bulletin boards if you need ideas.

✧✧
✧✧✧ five ✧✧✧

Go on a hike or a meander. Find a patch of wilderness and explore. Find a plucky new Rock Friend. Spend a bit of time with it.

Tell it a secret - something that you’ve been holding onto for a while that you’re ready to let go of. Rocks are really great at holding heavy things.

Before you part ways again, leave it a token of appreciation. (Some examples include moving it to a spot with a better view, giving it some flowers or some impromptu nature art, sharing a song or interpretive dance…)

When you’re ready, carry on down the path, and notice what it’s like to feel a little bit lighter than you were before.

✧✧
✧✧✧ six ✧✧✧

Create a luxury experience for your feet. They do so much thankless work for you. They deserve a little extra love.

✧✧
✧✧✧ seven ✧✧✧

Take your feet on a field trip to the water. It might be the beach, or a water park, or a stream, or a pool party, or a waterfall, or a fountain or a lake…..

Where would your feet like to get wet this month?

✧✧
✧✧✧ eight ✧✧✧

Visit a place you’ve always been interested in going but haven’t made it to yet.

It might be as near as the top of your roof or as far as a temple in Bali.

✧
✧✧
✧✧✧ nine ✧✧✧

Find someplace safe and take a barefoot walk for at least 15 minutes. (Please take care not to puncture yourself.)

Pay attention to how the experience heightens your senses.
